Bedford Water Sports Lake

March 2011 saw the delivery of the 2.3km Water Sports Lake come even closer. The enabling development needed to fund the construction of the lake was included in the Site Allocations & Designations Document produced by Bedford Borough Council.
Live Better Locations have been retained as Project Managers of this complex scheme which will see the introduction of a Hotel, Extra Care Residential Home, University Campus Buildings, Office Units and Research and Development employment space introduced alongside this new destination for leisure at the eastern gateway to Bedford.
